It seems that the new millennium has brought us to new lows in business service.

• Nothing is ever done right ...
• No one is there who can fix it ...
• And no one cares, anyway !

So we thought we would try something rather novel ... to provide quality products at fair price, treat customers with respect, and to conduct our business the same way we wanted others to conduct theirs. So, we set out to do things what we feel is the right way. We try our best to return emails promptly, answer your phone calls, and deliver our products as close to the promised date as possible. Our usual practice is to charge credit cards for merchandise when we actually ship. Oh yes, we have delays too. We try to give honest, realistic, delivery dates. On some items, that could be weeks., But, unlike many other companies, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

We have expanded our business hours from 10 a.m. to midnight, CST to make us available to answer your questions and talk to you about the unique aspects of our products. We are usually available 7 days a week to serve you.

We also invite and appreciate your feedback on our products - your input keeps us on our toes and makes our products the best that we can produce. Our best ideas come from YOU.
